SMART is a Mexico City-based company that designs and develops real estate projects. Through a sustainable and futuristic approach, it seeks to create cutting-edge projects that generate positive impacts on the environment, investors and, above all, the end-user. Arch. Daniel Quezada

The SMART team is led by architect Daniel Quezada. With extensive experience in real estate development and architectural design. He studied architecture at the Universidad Ibero in Mexico City, at the Politecnico de Milan and at the Católica de Chile. He began his professional career working in renowned architecture offices such as with the Schmidt Radic brothers in their office in Santiago de Chile and with the architect Fernando Romero, creator of the famous Soumaya museum in Mexico City. He then worked for 5 years at Abilia, one of the most iconic developers in Mexico. He held key positions in the areas of Design and Construction, Financial Planning and Marketing. Upon completion, he moved to London where he studied for a master's degree in Real Estate Development and Real Estate Finance. At the same time he worked at Lifenest a property management company in London.
